Artist Ryan McPhail is the elusive boy from Dundee, who grew up with a love for comic books and graffiti that soon was translated into graphic arts. He attended Art School for four months but soon dropped out, choosing instead to travel the world with friends, taking inspiration from what he saw, rather than being taught.

Ryan comes from the street world, but soon realised that graffiti could be translated onto canvas. Some of his designs have attracted the world of the Fashion and Music industries.

Ryan is a very prolific artist, often pushing his own boundaries, developing his work at an unusually fast pace.

McPhail is actually the brain and pen behind the original artwork of UK rock band The View. He put together the artwork for bands UK #1 debut album 'Hats Off To The Buskers" and their 2009 release 'Which Bitch' as well as producing their merchandise.

Last year he held an exhibition at London's prestigious Proud Galleries, with most of the work on show snapped up by eager fans of his work.
